Although system support is not a typical offering of a special machine manufacturer, PECo is so sure of its high quality that we offer it at minimal cost to ensure your continuing satisfaction. PECo offers both preventive maintenance and system repair.

 

 

 

 
Preventive Maintenance includes:
  1. On-Site Preventive Maintenance Service to keep your system running at peak performance. Preventive Maintenance Service includes:
    • A System Performance Evaluation
      • The system's performance during operation is evaluated against the original specifications
      • A complete diagnostic check is performed
      • Potential performance improvements are identified
    • Periodic Maintenance
  2. Repair / Enhancement Recommendations to maximize your return on investment. You will receive:
    • An itemized list of hardware repairs and software modifications required to bring the machine back to its original specifications
    • Suggested enhancements to improve your system's throughput
    • Pricing for all recommended repairs, modifications and enhancements
  3. Advanced Training to help minimize downtime associated with system problems. While conducting preventive maintenance activities:
    • PECo will train your operators and maintenance personnel to diagnose and fix most of the problems that could arise with your system - proper diagnosis of a problem can save you up to 85% of the downtime normally associated with system failure. Having personnel trained on the diagnosis and maintenance of your system will increase your overall uptime thus adding money to your bottom line.
System Repair includes:
  1. Telephone Support - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help ensure maximum uptime. Telephone support includes:
    • Help Desk Support – receive assistance in troubleshooting your system from one of PECo's experienced customer service representatives.
    • Remote Software Support via modem - enable us to obtain the information needed to quickly diagnose the problem so we can maximize your uptime and functionality and minimize disruption.
  2. Field Service - PECo technicians are available to come to your site to evaluate and repair any system problems you experience. By remotely accessing your system and reviewing past service records, we start analyzing the problem even before our service technician arrives at your facility to ensure expeditious service calls and minimize disruption to your operation.
