Meet your marking and traceability needs with a PECo Dot Peen Marking and Traceability System! PECo's Dot Peen Marking System uses a tungsten carbide stylus to cold-form dots with a low-stress, accurate compressive force.

 

The Dot Peen Marking System is electronically controlled and generates easily readable alpha-numeric characters of various sizes and depths for permanent identification on hard or soft materials with flat or uneven surfaces. By integrating a large variety of pre-qualified and proven system modules, PECo will design and manufacture the best Dot Peen Marking and Traceability System for your application. PECo's experienced designers and engineers will also be glad to develop and/or integrate new modules to meet your specific requirements.

 

All PECoMARK Dot Peen Marking and Traceability Systems are:

• able to mark alpha-numeric characters, symbols, logos, bar codes, UID codes, OCR codes, 2D data matrices, custom graphics or schematics, part & serial numbers, photo etchings, logos, and more

• able to verify 2D data matrices for quality assurance to any of the following standards: ISO/IEC 15415:2004, AS9132A, MIL-STD-130M, AIM DPM (pending)

• built as stand alone machines or as part of a turnkey solution

• built as a flow through or rotary workstation

• built for manual or automatic load/unload

• built with a manual or servo controlled XYZ axis

• able to be built with customized control architecture to meet your in-house control specifications
