1. PECo's sales and applications team works with you to understand your production process and concepts a solution to meet your quality, throughput and price needs.
2. You award PECo the contract.
3. A PECo project manager is assigned to you. The Project Manager offers you a single point of contact for the duration of the project to help keep communications clear and concise.
4. PECo's applications and engineering team works with you to refine and optimize each element of the production process in order to turn the concept into a real world design.
5. The approved design is released for manufacturing and our in-house assembly team builds the system. With an average tenure of 23 years you know they have the experience to do it right!
6. Once your system is assembled, our controls team programs the system and validates that it performs as expected.
7. You or your representative come to PECo to run-off the equipment at full production rate and verify that all your quality standards have been met.
8. With your approval, PECo disassembles the system and ships it to your location.
9. The PECo assembly team arrives at your site to reconstruct the system on your floor where final validation is completed.
10. PECo offers you the option of a System Support contract or extended Product Warranty to protect your investment and ensure the long term productivity and quality of your system. Although preventive maintenance and extended warranties are not typical offerings of special machine manufacturers, PECo is so sure of its high quality that we offer these at minimal cost to ensure your continuing satisfaction.
