By selecting PECo's standard welding system you can be assured of a pre-qualified, proven product. Since engineering time is reduced, PECo's standard system is generally available for faster delivery.
2. PECo's standard system with additional options to meet your unique application needs. By choosing pre-qualified operational modules (see below) with the standard system, you can decrease engineering time, build time and the potential for problems while still receiving the customized solution you desire.
3. A totally customized system to meet your unique laser welding application needs.

Common Options added to PECo's customized Laser Welding Systems include:

• parts presses
• gantry systems
• part orientation stations
• weld process monitoring stations to verify each weld's penetration, width and porosity
• seam tracking stations to verify each weld is in the proper location (no parts leave the system with a good weld in the wrong place!)
• gas delivery systems for gases such as Helium (He), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Argon (Ar), and others to help reduce your ongoing cost of consumable gas
